MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities responded to a dental office in Murfreesboro Wednesday morning after a vehicle struck the building.
The Murfreesboro Police Department said around 6 a.m., witnesses reported seeing an unresponsive man behind the wheel of an SUV on Innsbrooke Boulevard.
The car reportedly traveled across South Church Street and crashed into the office.
The driver, who is believed to have passed out during the incident, was taken to an area hospital. MPD is investigating whether the cause of the crash was medical related.
City codes officials are assessing the damage to the building and its structural integrity.
