Bare-knuckle boxing was legalized in Tennessee in March and is much different than other combat sports. Fighters do not wear gloves or any form of padding on their hands and compete in a trigon ring, which is the smallest fighting surface in combat sports.

"Nashville just knows how to have a good time," ringside reporter and Nashville native, Danielle Moinet, said. "I love the trigon because you just have to have your pure grit. It's not just talent-based — it's who won't give up. When they get into the trigon, they cannot believe how small it is. When we have the heavyweights in there — the big boys — there's nowhere to run."

The knockout rate is much higher, which means the fights are expected to bring nonstop action.

The fight card features seven current or former world champion, including two-division world champion Lorawnt-T Nelson. He will be defending his title against the undefeated Sam Liera — the only man to ever defeat him.
