Description
DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A search warrant executed at a home Tuesday morning resulted in the arrest of a Dickson County couple, officials said.
According to the Dickson County Sheriff's Office, deputies executed a search warrant at a home along Promise Land Road in Charlotte in an attempt to find 32-year-old Charles Dillion Hall.
Inside the home, law enforcement found 29-year-old Susie Custer and two small children. Custer and the children were reportedly removed from the home as deputies searched for Hall.
At some point during the search, officials learned that Hall was hiding in the attic. When he refused to come down, gas was deployed into the attic, deputies said. The 32-year-old was taken into custody a short time later and no injuries were reported.
Hall was charged with six counts of sex offender registry and resisting arrest. The sheriff's office said he is being held on a $80,000 bond and is expected to appear in court on June 17.
Meanwhile, Custer was charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse and one count of accessory after the fact due to living with Hall, who is reportedly a known sex offender.
Officials said she is jailed on a $35,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 16. No additional details were released.
