TBI: Silver Alert issued for woman last seen in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a woman missing from Franklin.
According to the TBI, 78-year-old Dorothy Wells was last seen walking in the Whitewater Way area on Wednesday, Aug. 6.
She was reportedly wearing a pink shirt and cutoff jeans. Officials described her as 5'5" tall, 132 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
The TBI added Wells has a medical condition that could impair her ability to return home safely without assistance.
