ANTIOCH, Tenn. (WKRN) — The green space at the Southeast Community Center will be getting an upgrade over the next two weeks, according to one Metro Councilmember.
District 32 Councilwoman Joy Styles announced that the green space and some parking lot medians at the community center are getting a "makeover" to promote greener growth next spring.
According to Styles, the greenspace will be fenced off so Metro crews can dig up the soil, reseed it and weed it ahead of next spring.
"Next year, we will have lush green grass like other parks in the county," Styles shared online.
