NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A hit-and-run crash investigation is underway after a man was found severely injured along Interstate 65 in North Nashville.
Metro Police said the man was found on I-65 North below the Dickerson Pike bridge just before midnight, and believe he may have been struck by a vehicle.
He was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
No additional information was immediately released.
