NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Lower Broadway is getting another entertainment venue — and it's in partnership with a Grammy-nominated artist.

Post Malone will open an entertainment venue at 305 Broadway, which is undergoing construction to both remaster the space and preserve historical architecture. According to TC Restaurant Group — the hospitality partner working with Malone to launch the venue — the space will have the largest ground floor footprint on Broadway.

“We’ve created a space where everyone can come together and kick some ass. Nashville has really become a second home for me so I can’t wait to invite y’all over to my house," Malone said.

TC Restaurant Group also manages and operates Morgan Wallen's This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, Miranda Lambert's Casa Rosa, Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Rooftop Bar and Lainey Wilson's Bell Bottoms Up.

The group has not yet released renderings of the space, but they said it would be about 26,000 square feet and feature six bars, three stages, a full-service dining room and a rooftop.

"His talent and ability to transcend multiple genres is one of a kind, and we look forward to creating a venue that resonates with his global fan base.”

The venue's opening date has not yet been announced.
