Description
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Officials are investigating after a person was found seriously wounded inside a vehicle overnight in Hermitage.
Metro Police told News 2 gunfire was reported shortly after 11:15 p.m. Saturday in the area of Interstate 40 and Old Hickory Boulevard.
Officers on the scene found a vehicle on the side of the road with multiple bullet holes and a person inside with a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Officials said there is no suspect or vehicle description at this time. Homicide detectives are investigating.
