CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Detectives are investigating a deadly shooting in Clarksville that occurred Sunday morning.
Authorities responded around 2 a.m. Sunday to a reported shooting near Darlene Drive, where they found a man with a gunshot wound. Officials said he was taken to Tennova Healthcare and pronounced deceased shortly after arriving.
CPD said its Special Operations Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit are investigating the events leading up to the shooting. Officials have asked residents and business owners in the area of Darlene Drive to review surveillance video footage and report any suspicious activity to 9-1-1.
