NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Looking for a new pet? Check out News 2 “Pets of the Week” segment every Tuesday on Good Morning Nashville.

Wheels

If you are looking for someone to help you hold down the couch and snuggle the day away, meet Wheels. Wheels got to experience the joy of a loving home this weekend while on a foster break and really took to it. Wheels can get along with other dogs, so long as they also like to take things slow. A few treats and a few kisses will make you Wheels’ best friend in no time. Wheels is about four years old and weighs 32 pounds. Email [email protected].

Simon

Simon says love me! He’s a playful fella who is all about chasing after a tennis ball out in the yard. Simon is also a great leash companion, leaving you some slack in the leash while checking in on you from time to time. When it's time for some pets, Simon leans right in to accept all the love. He is about a year and a half old and weighs 56 pounds. Email [email protected].

Herman

Herman is a young boy who is excited about learning all kinds of new skills and tricks. He is very gentle while on walks, stopping to snuggle on any bench or clearing he finds. He still gets excited when it's time to go outside, but it only takes him a minute or two to calm down and get to some structured playtime. Herman is about six months old and weighs 29 pounds... For now. Email [email protected].

Eric

Eric is ready to become your Instagram muse... Just look at him smile with his eyes. He’s a friendly boy who gets along with everyone he meets. Eric's favorite pastime is anything outside, whether that's walks, playing fetch or otherwise soaking in some sunshine. Eric enjoys getting to know new people and is a great travel companion. He is about a year old and weighs 39 pounds. Email [email protected].

Munster

Munster is a purring machine, especially when he finds his favorite spot in your lap. He lets you know when it's time for some snuggle time, climbing right up and showing his affection. Munster is a big fan of kitty treats, too, and is great about reminding you to offer him some. He is about two years old and weighs 16 pounds. Email [email protected].
