NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Investigators are searching for the driver who struck a pedestrian with a vehicle late Monday night in downtown Nashville.
According to authorities, shortly after 10 p.m., a woman walking near 4th Avenue South and Lafayette Street was struck by a dark colored sedan. The vehicle then drove away from the scene.
Officials said the woman was taken to the hospital with critical injuries, but remains in stable condition.
Investigators are working to obtain video footage to identify the vehicle involved.
