Description

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A new rental and retail development could be making its way to Pie Town in North Nashville.

The new development has been proposed for Middleton Street and will include a brand-new apartment building with two retail units attached — including a restaurant — with one of the retail spaces being two stories tall.

As of publication, two existing buildings on the site are set to be demolished to make way for the new apartments. Renderings show the apartment will include a fitness center, lobby, office space, a parking garage and more.

News 2 has reached out to the developers, but there's no word yet on when construction will be complete or a set opening date. The Metro Planning Commission still has to approve the plans.
