MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Murfreesboro Saturday Market is returning to Rutherford County.
Several new vendors will make their debut this Saturday as the market itself returns for its 15th year. A record-breaking 85 vendors — made up of dozens of farm vendors, four meat producers, several bakeries and a trout farm — will be present.
This year, the market is introducing a Market Passport Program to reward frequent visitors. Shoppers can collect stamps each week and enter a monthly drawing to win a gift basket filled with items and coupons from vendors.
In addition, the market will have 17 prepared food vendors and 26 artisans and crafters. Visitors can even walk out with items like cactus and cookie-ice cream creations.
The Market is open every Saturday from May through October from 8:00 AM until noon. It will surround the Historic Rutherford County Courthouse.
