FAIRVIEW, Tenn. (WKRN) — One man is in custody after he allegedly pulled a gun on a deputy in Fairview, according to Williamson County Sheriff Jeff Hughes.
Hughes told News 2 that a deputy conducted a traffic stop around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 100 near Uncle Lenny's Country Cafe.
According to Hughes, the driver pulled a gun on a deputy, which led to a short standoff. The driver eventually dropped the gun and surrendered.
Nobody was injured, but the man who pulled the gun is in custody, Hughes said.
Hughes did not know what the traffic stop was conducted for.
