Description
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A lot of rain has fallen since Wednesday, and prepare for some flooding impacts at times in the Middle Tennessee area for Thursday.
There is still a small risk of severe storms. The Storm Prediction Center has a Marginal Risk (level 1/5) for far southern and eastern counties.

Heavy rain leading to flooding and gusty winds are the biggest threats.

The rain and storms will continue to move east and southeast. Because of the moisture content in the atmosphere, rain amounts could exceed 2 inches in some locations. This afternoon, isolated storms possible.
Starting Friday, the rain chances decrease dramatically, allowing for temperatures to rise well into the 90s! Feels like temperatures will be approaching or exceeding 100°!
