Food Delivery Driver Killed After Rollover Crash in White House

WHITE HOUSE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) — A man delivering food died Monday after crashing into multiple vehicles in front of Charter Senior Living in White House, Tennessee. MAP

According to White House Police Chief Pat Brady, the man had just picked up a food order from a nearby Subway restaurant and was traveling along Sage Road when, for reasons still under investigation, his vehicle veered off the east side of the road, crossed into oncoming traffic, entered the lawn and parking area of Charter Senior Living, struck a light pole, hit four vehicles, and overturned.

Emergency crews responded to the scene at approximately 12:11 PM. According to Robertson County EMS Director Brent Dyer, responders arrived to find the SUV with significant damage, resting in front of the senior living facility. The structure itself was not impacted, and no bystanders or residents were injured.

The driver, described as a male in his late 30s, was initially unresponsive. White House Fire performed extrication, and the man briefly regained consciousness before deteriorating. He required resuscitation during emergency transport to Skyline Medical Center, where, according to Chief Brady,  he was later pronounced deceased.

There was no immediate indication of alcohol or drug involvement, and the case remains under investigation. An autopsy is pending.

White House Police, Fire, and Robertson County EMS worked together at the scene. The area has since been cleared.
