NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man was charged with felony drug possession after investigators found over half a pound of fentanyl inside his vehicle in South Nashville, according to officials.
Tuesday, June 17, officials reportedly saw Victor Paez-Rodriguez, 41, leave a house in the 5000 block of Cherrywood Drive and get into his vehicle. Reports said detectives followed him a short distance down the road before stopping him to execute a court authorized search warrant.
Paez-Rodriguez was the only person inside the vehicle. During the search, officers recovered 340 grams of Fentanyl, according to court documents.
He was booked into Metro jail on a $75,000 bond and charged with felony drug possession with intent to sell.
