NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A child drowned Tuesday night on Percy Priest Lake in Nashville, according to officials.
Officers were called to the Hamilton Creek Recreation Center on Bell Road at approximately 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Metro Police confirmed the child was less than 10 years old.
The child was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and pronounced deceased.
No additional information was immediately released.
