NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman was injured after she was caught in the crossfire of a shooting in downtown Nashville overnight, according to authorities.

The shooting was reported just before 12:30 a.m. Monday outside the cocktail bar Red Phone Booth on Rosa L Parks Boulevard.

Officials said an argument inside the bar led outside, resulting in numerous shots being fired by an individual and a security guard. Officers reported that an automatic weapon was fired during the incident.

Jay Yosef, a vendor who was serving food near the bar, told News 2 the victim was ordering food when she was caught in the crossfire.

"One of my customers, she asked for hot dog. I was in process to charge her card when we just heard heavy shooting with the automatic weapons, something maybe over 150 bullets," he said. "We got scared, but we just saw my customer. She was bleeding. She got shot on her leg, right leg. We went on the ground and we tried to hide from the shooting, and after that, we tried to stop the bleeding from her leg and then police arrived and everything got clear."
