NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Nashville Downtown Partnership wants to hear from those who live downtown.

The Partnership issued its annual survey for downtown residents, offering them an opportunity to share their experiences and priorities, as well as offer their suggestions for what they'd like to see in the future.

The survey asks respondents to answer questions related to how certain factors in downtown Nashville affect their residency, including entertainment transportation vehicles, panhandlers and those experiencing homelessness, graffiti and more.

"The feedback we receive directly informs our programs and planning—whether that’s improving public spaces, enhancing safety, or advocating for services that make downtown a better place to live," a spokesperson for the Nashville Downtown Partnership told News 2. "It’s an essential tool that helps us ensure our initiatives reflect the voices of our residential community."

Respondents have also been asked their level of awareness about Downtown Partnership Ambassadors and their role in keeping downtown safe and clean as well as online resources available to residents and visitors downtown.

Additionally, respondents are asked to give their top three elements that "positively influence" their decision to live downtown as well as the three elements they feel need the most improvement.

The survey is available online here and the deadline to submit is 11:59 p.m. on July 9.
