NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -- A talent agency announced the death of a Middle Tennessee actress from "9-1-1: Nashville," less than two weeks after the show first premiered.
According to her obituary, Isabelle Adora Tate -- who "was born and raised in Nashville, TN, and grew up in the Franklin community" -- passed away on Sunday, Oct. 19, at the age of 23.
The McCray Agency reported Isabelle had a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, adding that she died peacefully her family requested privacy as they deal with the "sudden and shocking loss."
"I was so lucky to know her and she will be greatly missed by so many," an agency representative posted on social media.
Isabelle graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in business, with her obituary saying she "wanted to change the world."
The McCray Agency said Isabelle recently returned to acting and booked the first series for which she auditioned, "9-1-1: Nashville," and had a wonderful time on the show.
PEOPLE reported Isabelle was in the show's pilot episode, appearing in the strip club scene where viewers first met Hunter McVey's character, Blue Bennings. The outlet added that there will be an in memoriam card honoring the actress in the next episode of "9-1-1: Nashville," which will air on WKRN and other ABC stations on Thursday, Oct. 30.

"Isabelle loved volunteering her time to all things, particularly animals - her idea of a fun outing was visiting an animal shelter and doling out lots of love. Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others," her obituary said, in part. "She was also quite musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with friends and even publishing a few. What she loved the most though was spending time with family and friends, always the life of the party. Her sister was her best friend and her mom was her shining beacon of light."
According to the obituary, Isabelle is survived by her mother, Katerina Kazakos Tate; her stepfather, Vishnu Jayamohan; her father, John Daniel Tate; and her sister, Daniella Tate.
Visitation with Isabelle's family is scheduled from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24 at Forest Hills Methodist Church on Old Hickory Boulevard in Brentwood, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions in Isabelle's memory to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, which described the condition as "a rare multisystem, multiorgan disease that causes lifelong, progressive symptoms, including muscle weakness and atrophy in the arms and legs, sensory loss, and other complications."
