NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Metro Nashville Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a road rage suspect.
According to the MNPD, the female driver of a silver minivan, which police believe could be a Chrysler Pacifica, injured a 12-year-old girl in a road rage shooting on Saturday at the Clarksville Pike and Buena Vista Pike intersection.
Police said the girl was riding in a Cadillac Escalade SUV, which her father was driving. Her father tried to merge into the left lane, and the minivan accelerated and blocked the SUV.

According to MNPD, the drivers of the minivan and the SUV began saying profanities toward each other as they drove north on Clarksville Pike as they approached Buena Vista Pike.
The SUV driver told police that the minivan did not move at the intersection as the light turned green. He then began to drive around the minivan and turn left. He then heard two or three gunshots, and his daughter suffered a non-critical injury "to her bottom."
Authorities said the minivan driver was "described as a heavyset Black woman who was wearing a white sports bra."
Police secured surveillance footage from the intersection and are reaching out to nearby businesses for more footage.
Anyone with information can reach out to Nashville Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
