Description

LEBANON, Tenn. (WKRN) — To help meet the demand for industrial space in the Nashville area, developers have broken ground on a 198-acre industrial park in Wilson County.

CRG, a national real estate and investment firm, broke ground on "The Cubes at Sparta Pike." Building B, one of four buildings planned for the park, will be 520,000 square feet. Building B will feature extra-wide staging bays with grade-level doors, deep truck courts, LED lighting, trailer storage and more.

The industrial park can accommodate up to 2.8 million square feet of facilities, according to the developers.

The industrial park is located at between 1526 and 1846 Sparta Pike in Lebanon, which is less than a mile south of Interstate 40 and it's 24 miles from the Nashville International Airport. Developers of the park hope to attract more tenants, employees and supply-chain operations to the city of Lebanon.

Construction is expected to be completed in early 2026.
