NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man wanted for domestic violence aggravated arson is among the latest individuals considered to be the "Most Wanted" fugitives by the Metro Nashville Police Department.
The list is updated each week on the MNPD Criminal Warrants Division’s Facebook page. According to Metro detectives, those featured on the list are often considered to be some of the “most violent” offenders in the city.
Fugitives featured on the list are frequently wanted on indictments for capital offenses like murder or sex crimes; others featured have multiple domestic violence charges.
Since the list was first launched in October 2022, at least 178 people featured have been apprehended or surrendered to law enforcement, including those captured out of county or even out of state. In 2025 alone, there have been 22 arrests of those featured on the “Most Wanted” list, and 68 arrests in 2024.
Below is the list of suspects who made the department’s “Most Wanted” list for the week of July 23, 2025.
1. De'Tynn Q. Smith

De’Tynn Smith, 21, is wanted for multiple felonies, including first-degree premeditated murder, attempted first-degree premeditated murder, aggravated robbery and using a weapon during the commission of a dangerous felony.
Smith has previous criminal history in Nashville, according to police records.
In 2022, Smith, then 18, was charged with another 18-year-old with carjacking, evading arrest and vehicle theft.
According to MNPD, Smith and Alan Beverly admitted to carjacking a woman’s Chevrolet Malibu and threatening her 8-year-old son at gunpoint in late May of 2022. The victim told authorities she’d gone into a Jefferson Street market around 8:30 p.m. when the passenger of a Ford F-150 pickup truck got out and approached her car, threatening her son with a pistol and pushing him out of the car.
Detectives located the vehicle at a Walmart on Dickerson Pike. Both Smith and Beverly fled on foot but were apprehended. Smith also tossed the pistol, which was recovered by police.
Smith has made multiple appearances on the “Most Wanted” list, including a stint in 2023 where he was also considered the “Top Most Wanted” fugitive. He was last added back to the list in December 2024.

2. Raceme L. Crutcher

Raceme Crutcher, 23, has been on the run from police for more than a year, after he was named one of two suspects in a deadly Fourth of July shooting in 2023.
Officials said the shooting happened at the Fallbrook Apartments on Dellway Villa Road. Etabo Malanda, 16, was reportedly standing on the porch of an apartment when two armed individuals came from around the corner and confronted him.
Malanda allegedly tried to pull out a pistol that was inside his hoodie, but he was shot first. Police said he died shortly after he was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
According to investigators, four guns were recovered from the apartment, including one that was reported stolen. Crutcher and 17-year-old Jaylin Brown were reportedly connected to the crime through witness accounts.

Investigators also obtained surveillance footage and additional information from community members that they said pointed to Crutcher and Brown as suspects in the case. Officials believe the motive may have been an ongoing dispute between the suspects and Malanda.
Brown was taken into custody on Aug. 31, 2023, after police said they caught him driving a stolen car. Crutcher, however, is still on the run. He was added to the “Most Wanted” list more than a year ago, on Nov. 15, 2023. His last location is unknown.
3. Devon A. Martak

Devon Martak, 39, was added to the list at the end of 2024. According to Metro police, Martak is wanted for a grand jury indictment of three counts of rape of someone who is mentally defective or helpless and three counts of rape without consent.
Martak has an extensive criminal history in Nashville. He has previous convictions for drug possession, unlawful weapon possession, driving on a suspended license and reckless driving; he also has a “no contest” plea for an aggravated sexual battery charge in 2022.
His last known location was in Madison, according to police.
4. Dequantrae D. Strong

Dequantrae Strong, 25, is wanted on a grand jury indictment for attempted first-degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and employing a firearm with intention during the commission of a dangerous felony.
His last location is currently unknown to police, according to MNPD.
5. Elijah T. Kodjo

Making his first appearance on the list in the last week of May is Elijah Kodjo, 34. According to Metro police, Kodjo is wanted on a grand jury indictment for attempted premeditated first-degree murder and aggravated assault.
Authorities do not know his last location.
6. Jatarius M. Marable

Added to the list at the end of June is Jatarius Marable, 29. According to police, Marable is wanted on multiple grand jury indictments, including those for domestic violence offenses.
His charges include four counts of domestic violence aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated burglary, two counts of domestic assault with bodily injury, domestic assault by causing fear of bodily injury, and using a motor vehicle to evade arrest.
Per Metro court records, Marable has previous convictions for misdemeanor assault, domestic assault with bodily injury, and driving without a license, as well as a previous felony conviction to using a motor vehicle to evade arrest and three counts of evading arrest by motor vehicle with risk of injury.
Marable’s last location is currently unknown to police, per MNPD.
7. Karlisha R. Norwood

The first new addition to the list this week is Karlisha Norwood, 35. Norwood is currently hospitalized for a crash that ultimately killed her 3-year-old daughter, Kaylie.
Her charges include reckless aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of vehicular assault-first offense, aggravated child abuse of a child 8 or less or disabled, aggravated child endangerment, driving under the influence, and financial responsibility violation with injury or death.
According to police, Kaylie was in the car with her mother and 2-year-old brother on Wednesday, July 16, around 8:15 a.m., with Karlisha traveling eastbound on Harding Pike.
Police said Karlisha was weaving in and out of traffic before crossing into the westbound lanes of travel and hitting a pickup truck head on.
The truck driver was taken to the hospital, treated and released; Kaylie and her brother were taken to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital with life-threatening injuries; and Karlisha was taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center, where she is still recovering.
Kaylie died from her injuries Sunday, July 20, according to MNPD.
Karlisha will be arrested upon her release from the hospital, police said.
8. Joseph V. Horn

Joseph Horn, 41, is wanted by police for arson charges. According to MNPD, Horn is wanted for aggravated arson of one or more persons, arson, and setting fire to personal property or land.
According to Metro court records, Horn has two DUI convictions to his record.
Police said his last location is unknown.
9. Ronnell J. Bryant Jr.

Ronnell Bryant, 44, is wanted on grand jury indictments for domestic violence charges, according to Metro police. Those indictments are for two counts of domestic violence aggravated arson against one or more persons, authorities said.
According to Metro Criminal Court records, Bryant has extensive history with the judicial system, including several felony convictions related to cocaine and methamphetamine possession and sales, as well as an aggravated perjury conviction in 2002.
He also has several misdemeanor convictions for diving on a suspended license, altering the registration of a vehicle, evading arrest, resisting arrest, simple possession or casual exchange, and vandalism under $500, per the court clerk's office.
Bryant's last location is unknown, per police.
10. Jacob Lamb Crow

One of the more recent additions to the list is Jacob Lamb Crow, 20. According to authorities, Lamb Crow is wanted on three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Authorities said Lamb Crow was last seen in Murfreesboro.
