Woman killed during domestic assault in Lebanon

LEBANON, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman was killed in a domestic assault at a home in Lebanon Wednesday night.
Deputies were called to the 3300 block of Hunters Point Pike around 9 p.m.
According to the Wilson County Sheriff's Office, deputies found a woman dead from injuries inside the home. A man inside the home was injured and taken to an area hospital before he transferred to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The man is expected to be arrested once he is released.
Two children inside the home were uninjured.
No additional information was immediately released.
