BENTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) -- A Dickson County woman was arrested Thursday in connection with an arson investigation in Benton County.
According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, special agents started investigating a suspicious camper fire in the 60 block of Highlander Lane in Camden that left one person injured on Tuesday, June 3.
Agents worked alongside the Benton County Sheriff's Office in the investigation, which determined that Lindsay Joy Hooker, 38, of Dickson, was responsible for starting the fire, authorities said.
Officials reported Hooker was taken into custody on Thursday, June 5 and booked into the Benton County Jail on a $50,000 bond. She was charged with one count of aggravated arson and one count of assault.
