Small aircraft down near MTSU in Murfreesboro

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — A small aircraft went down in Murfreesboro Tuesday afternoon, officials said.

The Murfreesboro Police Department said the small aircraft went down in the area of Clark Boulevard.

Three people were reportedly on the plane and have since been taken to a hospital. The extent of their injuries have not been released.

Officials added the aircraft was passing through the Murfreesboro area. No additional details were immediately provided.
