New 77-Foot Mural at TriStar NorthCrest Honors EMS and First Responders

SPRINGFIELD, TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News): A new 77-foot-wide mural honoring EMS professionals has been unveiled at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center, recognizing the critical role first responders play in caring for the community.

The mural is located at the hospital’s ambulance entrance, an area not typically seen by the public, where patients are brought in during emergencies. Hospital officials say the goal of the artwork is to create a more calming and welcoming environment during what is often a stressful and urgent moment.

The mural features imagery celebrating EMS teams, along with doctors and nurses, highlighting the partnership between emergency responders and hospital staff in delivering life-saving care across Robertson County.

TriStar NorthCrest hosted an unveiling ceremony on last week, bringing together hospital leadership, EMS personnel, local officials, community members, and the press.

According to the hospital, the mural serves as a tribute to the dedication and service of EMS professionals who are often the first point of contact in emergency situations.
