NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 39-year-old man was taken into custody after he was found driving a stolen vehicle in South Nashville.
According to Metro police, Kareem Kimbro was arrested on Carroll Street, just south of downtown Nashville, by Violent Crimes Division detectives.
Kimbro was reportedly driving a Dodge Charger, which was reported stolen Friday, with a temporary license plate registered to a Honda.

Detectives located an AR pistol, which was reportedly stolen from Airport Center Drive in 2023, in addition to a bag containing cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine and MDMA pills inside the stolen Charger, according to a release.
Kimbro was booked into the Metro jail Saturday morning and charged with vehicle theft, theft of a firearm, altering a license plate and multiple gun and drug charges. His bond was set at $206,000.
